For those students who passed the test:
1. Please check the spelling of name and surname and correctness of department and faculty. If any mistake is noticed, please contact to Mr.Ong-art by an email: chemsafe_training@hotmail.com
2. Please receive the certicate of chemical safety training at room#605 6th Fl, Witthayaphatthana building on the working days during the period from 15 July 2014 to 15 August 2014. Please showed CU student id card or CU employee id card for confirming your identity when receiving a certificate.

For those students who failed the test:
1. They can apply for re-exam by sending the information which includes their name-surname, department and faculty to Mr. Ong-art by an email: chemsafe_training@hotmail.com.
2. The date of next examination will be held on 23 July 2014 at room# 207 2nd Fl, Mahamakut building, Faculty of Science.
