1. Please check your name is spelt correctly. If your name is incorrectly, please inform us of the correct spelling as soon as possible to our email: chemsafe_training@hotmail.com.
2. Please contact Khun Chanokporn (PPC supporting staff in research affairs, tel 02 218 4125 or email: chanokporn.s@chula.ac.th) to receive your certificate after Monday, September 25, 2017.
For the participants who have failed for the first time or missed the exam:
1. For anyone who has failed the exam, you will have another chance to do the re-exam. Please send us your request concerning your information (Full Name, Faculty and Department) to our email: chemsafe_training@hotmail.com by Friday, September 15, 2017.
The next exam will be held on as follows:
Date: 4.30-5.30 pm Monday, September 18, 2017
Venue: room#208 Mahamakut building, Faculty of Science.
2. Please always ready to show your CU student identity card during the exam.
For the participants who have failed for the second time
You need to attend the chemical safety training again (in Thai) on September 16, 2017 (9.00 am-4.00 pm). Please apply online for the training at www.chemsafety.research.chula.ac.th by September 15, 2017.
